New File Format
Starting
Jan 1, 2009, all the released PageFocus products are native
unicode programs. The saved file formats (including .pf, .xdb, .xrc, olb files and other
file types) have been completely revised to
support unicode. These new programs read and execute all the
files saved by the older versions (i.e., backward compatible). However, if saved by the
new programs, they are saved in the new unicode format and the
resulting files will not be readable to the older versions (pre-2009) of the
programs.
