Please provide the following information when you email your technical questions:

• Your registration name and the product serial number.
• The program version and build number. You can find the build number by clicking the About command in the Help menu.
• The version number of the operating system (XP, Vista, Win7, or Tablet PC)
• Attach the PageFocus file (and/or the .xdb database file) in question if the problem is caused by those particular files.
• If there are any error messages, send an image of the message, or copy it into a PageFocus File then send us the PageFocus File.
