PageFocus Builder

PageFocus Builder is a product for building application in Database Management, Engineering Application, Report Generator, Printing Control, Catalog Application, and Form/Document Management.  The products use ODBC technology for interfacing with ODBC enabled databases (for example, MYSQL, MS SQL, IBM DB2, DB Maker, etc.) and provide a cost-effective solution for the users.

Use it as a database front end designer or as a report generator.   Features: 1.  a powerful WYSIWYG editor for creating dynamic forms for data collection, computation, and reporting purposes, 2.  a stand-alone runtime program, EXPO2, for processing forms, 3.  supports entry fields, list fields, equation fields, report table, check box, radio buttons, and command buttons, 4.  entry fields support text, numeric, auto-date-time, image, vector drawing, and graph data types. 5.  equations fields are automatically evaluated and updated, 6.  list fields can contain direct link to your database for list selection, 7.  simple and straightforward data mapping and data merging macro commands for report generation, 8.  import of and export to PDF forms using Ghostscript. Skill requirements for form/application developers: Knowledge of SQL is highly desirable. General Form Users: General form users uses the runtime program (EXPO2) to run the form applications.  In general, if an user knows how to use a Windows program, the person will be able to use the runtime program without any additional training.
