How to use the PFPDF printer to create PDF files from non-PageFocus prograsms:

(The following description is based on Windows XP)

To save a document into PDF format, select the Print command of the program to display the Print dialog box:

Select the "PFPDF" printer from the printer list, then select the Print button (do not check the "Print to file" check box). The system will popup a "Save As" dialog box.

In the Save dialog box, enter the file name to save, select PDF file type and  then select the Save button to save the document.
